How we can help?
We offer a free Initial Consultation and a choice of 2 design packages, Silver & Gold. The initial consultation is a free one to one meeting with one of our designers, your designer will provide you initial guidance, product knowledge, help and support to inspire your 3D design and kick start the experience of designing and pricing your new bathroom or kitchen project.
The 3D design service will bring your dream design to life. The additional 2D plan will also help enable visualisation of space and product to provide a smooth platform for installation.

Our Design Services are provided by Head Designers, Jamie Winn & Sandra Richardson who are very experienced in the kbb industry, having worked in various roles in retail & commercial sectors, design, customer services & management.
DETAILS
The Initial Consultation and 3D design service is free.
The Silver package is also free, we finalise and enhance your full 3D design to picture quality with additional 2D plans, a small deposit is payable at this time which will be deducted from your new bathroom or kitchen (see below).
The Gold package provides customers an additional bespoke service for a fixed fee (see below).
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The Initial Consultation - Is a free 30 minute one to one consultation with one of our designers in the showroom, when we assess your project, offer free help and advice. Following the initial consultation we invite you back to the showroom for a free 30 minute consultation to see your 3D room visualisation and to finalise your quotation.
The Silver Package (normally £200) - This is an enhanced option currently Free of charge and includes a 1 hour design consultation to enhance and finalise your 3D visualisation (if required), whereupon we provide a 2D plan essential for site installation. We also provide an optional installer contact list at this stage. We simply ask for a small deposit of £295 which is deducted from your final bathroom or kitchen purchase.
The Gold Package (£499) - This is a further enhanced option and includes a £199 deposit deductible from your final purchase, 2 x 3D drawing amendments included (if required), 1 x on site measure by one of our survey team, installation advice and an insurance survey report (if required).
Bespoke additional services are available if not listed: Charged at £30 / hour+VAT*
What is included?
3D rendered photo-realistic high resolution jpeg images (Silver & Gold packages); Emailed on payment of deposit
2D Plan and measurements (Silver & Gold packages); Emailed on fulfillment of order
* Prices include for one drawing amendment, any additional amendments are charged on an hourly rate basis of £30+VAT
* The Digital drawing file is available to customers upon request, there is a release fee of £299+VAT
How do I get started?
For the Initial Free Consultation we require some information from you first to understand your projects requirements:
Perimeter measurements – width, depth and height of the room.
Dimensions and location of windows, doors and any fixed features.
A generic list of product and wall covering requirements for quotation.
An idea of the required style and colour theme.
HOW DO I PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION ?
1 Just complete a quick graph paper drawing of your space ( we will provide the graph paper & simple Instructions)

When do I get my QUOTATION & design?
We aim to have your quotation returned to you within 2-3 working days
The final 3d designs be issued by email & on payment of deposit normally within 2-3 working days
The final 2d installation drawings will emailed on fulfillment of order normally within 2-3 days
How do I pay?
There are three easy ways to pay:
Over the telephone by card (Deposits only)
Over the till in the showroom.
Invoice & Pay by BACS through your bank
